What to say about me? I suppose to be a romantic of engines. Yes, engines, because I love every kind of them, two wheels or four wheels, in track or rally. My career has began just on the two wheels, on cross fields. After that I had the fulguration for the four wheels and an escalation which has brought me up to Formula 1. I was fortunate to run there during the last two season where you could see some overtaking, when the driver still made the difference. Then I got an injury which obliged me to start again. I left the Formula 1 and I did a lot of experience with each kind of car and race. Today I can say I’m living my second youth. The Italian title achieved in 2006, and the other contests where I competed aftewards - i.e. LMES, 24h of SPA, GP Master - are still the spur of my activity.

Alex Caffi is a great motor-bike fan. He used to be a moto-cross racer as a teenager and his passion hasn't faded. Sometimes he still indulges in a few performances on the track. He owns a beautiful Harley Davidson he rides in his free time.
